Season 1

Season 1 is the first season of The InBESTigators. It aired on ABC Me between June 21, 2019 and July 10, 2019, being released on Netflix worldwide in August 9, 2019, and consists of 20 episodes.

Kyle thinks he’s tracked it down when he pulls a crumpled diorama out of the bin, but Pixie is adamant that it’s not hers - she painted all her planets pink and sparkly. Upset that no one believes that she has for once done her homework, Pixie is desperate for Maudie to find out what happened.

Ben’s not very good at making friends, or conversation, but after Ezra discovers Ben can fit an entire Disc Chockey – a very large chocolate biscuit - in his mouth without breaking it, Ben is suddenly the most popular boy in school. His fame only grows when he mounts the Disc Chockey Challenge to see who else can do his trick, but watching the competition makes Maudie feel suspicious.

Season 1
This summary contains spoilers of the episodes of the respective season.
The Case of the Curious New Girl: Ezra Banks, a young boy who is interested in technology, is gave by Mr. McGillick a special project: take care of the new student, Maudie Miller. After meeting her, he gets fascinated along with other two Grade 5 kids, Ava Andrikides and Kyle Klimson, after Maudie solves a crime in the playground. This cause the four to form a detective agency called The InBESTigators.
