Season 3 is an anticipated third season of The InBESTigators. It will probably be released first on ABC Me in Australia and Netflix worldwide in 2024, due to the 2019-21 coronavirus pandemic.[nb 1] After the release of the second season on January 10, 2020 on Netflix worldwide, it has rumours that a third season would be released, but this wasn't confirmed.[1][2] During an interview, Abby Bergman appointed that "I hope there will be a third season."[3] Jamil also posted on his Instagram story that "maybe" will be a third season.[4]

- The season would only be released on 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, for big reasons:
- As a way to fight the spread of the virus, many cinemas had to be closed, postponing premieres of films and productions of films and series were stopped, since they were sources of agglomeration, which is the main form of more uncontrolled spread of the virus.
- The pandemicis currently over so filming might happen in 23/24.
